Though many see us as a tech company, we come from real estate and our most important conversations often happen in basement mechanical rooms of office buildings, surrounded by plumbing and roaring mechanical equipment.

Account Executive Byron Avery loves to get the ball rolling, meeting with owners and facility managers on-site to discuss their unique needs. Once engaged, our customer success team led by Aaron Brondum arrives at your building, detailing equipment, and other important building systems. When the building has been properly modeled and commissioned, our gifted team of implementation specialists led by Amit Paul, Alex Rivera and Zeeshan Mohammed takes over, showing up to each asset regularly to ensure installation and integration go smoothly. From there, the daily success of each asset is handed off to our Customer Success manager Evan Levy, whose team works with building staff and facility engineers to fine-tune Nantum OS and deliver promised results.
