Innovation Week at Nantum is a time to celebrate creativity and try something new. The week encourages innovation in products, development techniques, and the development ecosystem.

Departing from the normal rhythm, the Nantum team looks forward to Innovation Week to explore new ideas and work with those outside of their regular teams.

Taking the time to focus on creativity pauses the need to meet expectations and KPIs. If a new idea doesn’t work out, that’s okay! Some of the best lessons are learned through trial and error and can lead to great discoveries.

Innovation Week was started years ago to foster teamwork and a collaborative culture. Projects from the week are often integrated into the Nantum platform or otherwise benefit the company. The Week’s finale is sharing the projects with the entire company.
