The Sly 7-Year Scavenger Hunt

Team building is the perfect excuse to explore New York City on a summer day. As part of Prescriptive Data’s ongoing seventh-anniversary celebrations, the team gathered at the office and were split into teams to compete in our first-ever scavenger hunt. Originally planned for Central Park, weather forced festivities inside to Grand Central Station, just steps from PD HQ. Teams of four trotted around the historic landmark, collecting photos and information to complete the various challenges.

Most challenges involved different key historical sites throughout the terminal, like finding important information about which engineers were responsible for helping build and update the building, important monument installation dates, and even a few about what specific mechanical equipment is being used at the station.

The afternoon was the perfect fit for the PD team, teaching each of us a thing or two about New York City and our coworkers. A special thanks is in order for team members Kelsey Perri and Ariel Galvez, who both helped set up the memorable afternoon.
