Prescriptive Data Named “Most Energy Efficient Building Operating System Developer” in BUILD Sustainable Building Awards.

NEW YORK — January 17, 2023 — Prescriptive Data, developer of the smart building operating system Nantum OS, has been named “Most Energy Efficient Building Operating System Developer” in the 2022 Sustainable Building Awards.

Awarded by BUILD Magazine, the Sustainable Building Awards 2022 aims to reward those innovators who are advancing the technologies, materials, systems, and regulations required to achieve true sustainability in the building and construction spaces. Award recipients were selected based on criteria and holistic assessment by a panel of impartial researchers.

Laura O’Carroll, Awards Coordinator at BUILD, said, “I want to wish all of the businesses in this program a very heartfelt congratulations. These titles are truly reflective of the trailblazing work they do within their sectors and, without them, our daily lives wouldn’t be the same.”

“We’re proud to receive this BUILD award and are appreciative of the time and research the panel dedicated to ensure deserving companies achieved recognition,” stated Sonu Panda, Prescriptive Data CEO. “Customers and prospects alike constantly share feedback that it is hard for CRE and technology practitioners alike to discern true building operating systems from legacy technologies masquerading as such. This award helps to make it clear that there is indeed a real difference between Nantum OS and the rest.”

The BUILD award recipients are chosen based on various criteria including client dedication, innovation, business growth, longevity, online reputation, client feedback and business performance. The panel of judges is led by a veteran academic leader and the panelists are experienced in research and fact-checking, guaranteeing that winners are determined by contributions to the real estate sector.

Nantum OS has been the focus of recent case studies by the Lawrence Berkeley National Labs, Department of Energy, and the GSA where results included the below:

About Prescriptive Data’s Nantum OS

Nantum OS is an artificial intelligence and machine learning climate technology designed for commercial real estate operators and sustainability managers. Nantum OS allows real estate managers to visualize building HVAC systems, metering systems, people counting systems, IoT devices (air quality, lighting, shade, smart glass), distributed energy systems (battery storage, fuel cells, on-site generation equipment, solar), and third-party datasets in real time. Nantum OS uses real-time AI/ML algorithms to reduce building energy demand, suppress carbon emissions, and shrink utility costs. Each building on Nantum OS uses the least amount of energy and carbon emissions while delivering the maximum amount of health and comfort to occupied spaces. Learn more at www.prescriptivedata.io
