Nantum OS Joins Launch of View Partner MarketPlace, Increasing Accessibility For Users To Reach ESG Goals And Increase Asset Valuation

NEW YORK—November 18, 2022—Prescriptive Data, developer of the smart building operating system Nantum OS, has joined the launch of the View Partner Marketplace to support the seamless integration of Nantum OS with other applications and sensors within the View smart building technological ecosystem. This is the latest advancement in Prescriptive Data’s partnership with View, a leader in smart glass and building technologies.

Turnkey integrations are critical for smart building management platforms, allowing building owners and operators to quickly and securely digitize entire real estate portfolios for improved energy efficiency and to increase asset valuation. Siloed solutions can hold back or delay the journey to smart buildings yet interoperability can be difficult to attain between various technologies. Sharing solutions and building partnerships through app store integrations helps top-tier technologies proliferate, accelerating progress towards goals by easing adoption without sacrificing cybersecurity.

“Collaboration amongst technologies leading the charge within climate tech is the only way the real estate industry will make an impact on the climate crisis as well as meet increasingly urgent demands from legislation, society, and corporate ESG goals,” said Sonu Panda, CEO, Prescriptive Data. “Prescriptive Data is proud to be part of View’s Partner Marketplace launch which will help building owners accelerate towards vital targets of improving energy efficiency and sustainability within their real estate portfolios.”

Nantum OS will be one of 15 applications and sensors added to View Partner Marketplace with new partners being added monthly. The partnership builds on both companies’ commitments to being hardware-agnostic in order to achieve the best end results for buildings. Similar to Nantum OS’ existing app marketplace, the View Partner Marketplace enables View’s newly launched Smart Building Cloud customers to easily add new functionality to smart buildings. Cooperation between solution providers will advance efforts to optimize and enhance building portfolios faster than any one company can. Prescriptive Data’s partnership with View is a step toward enhancing each company’s vision of a real estate sector powered by smart buildings.

About Prescriptive Data’s Nantum OS

Nantum OS is an artificial intelligence and machine learning climate technology designed for commercial real estate operators and sustainability managers. Nantum OS allows real estate managers to visualize building HVAC systems, metering systems, people counting systems, IoT devices (air quality, lighting, shade, smart glass), distributed energy systems (battery storage, fuel cells, on-site generation equipment, solar), and third-party datasets in real time. Nantum OS uses real-time AI/ML algorithms to reduce building energy demand, suppress carbon emissions, and shrink utility costs. Each building on Nantum OS uses the least amount of energy and carbon emissions while delivering the maximum amount of health and comfort to occupied spaces. Learn more at www.prescriptivedata.io
